- Attorney Fee: $275.00
- Certified copy of Disposition: $3.00 per page (usually only one page) This Document is needed to show FDLE that your case was either “Nolle Prossed”, “Not Filed” or you received a “With-Holding of adjudication” on a qualifying offense.
- FDLE: $75.00 Money Order to FDLE to process your application.
- Clerk filing fee: $42.00 plus an additional $4.00 if you want a certified copy of the Judge’s Order Expunging or Sealing your case.
